GETTING THERE
Take US 31 into downtown Charlevoix and book passage with the Beaver Island Boat Company. The ferry does transport vehicles, for a hefty fee. Cars can be rented on the island cheaply enough at the marina (Geo Trackers). From the dock on Beaver Island, take Main Street south to Donegal Bay Road. The campground is out about 0.5 miles on your right.
