Meet the Romirez’s

Thirty four year old Martin Romirez had the look of a matured male model or strip-o-gram. In another life, that was probably the exact job, he would hold up with an appearance as his. Actually, that was the main thing that attracted Sheridan to him. She’d seen him at a bar hanging with some of his co-workers, at the time, and was bold enough to approach him.

Martin felt that he’d met his match, a woman with the balls the size of Texas. Of course, throughout college and most of his adult life, the drunken floozies would fawn all over him. Those drunken, hot girls were known to make fools of themselves to get attention. However, this young lady was just the right temperature of boldness and self-awareness.

That was a major turn on from his point, the fact Sheridan was very aware of her own looks without being conceited. A perfect mixture of African American, Puerto Rican, she was indeed a gorgeous woman. They hit it off at that moment. So much so that their initial meeting turned into a same night intimate encounter. From that night to seven years of marriage later, they have been pretty much inseparable.

Well in a way, they would be inseparable. Considering that somebody had to stay home with their five year old twins, Martin volunteered. Not because he just wanted to be home but mainly because Sheridan was a prominent attorney on the rise. Seeing as though, he could pretty much work from wherever when he received a client being in the IT department. His official office hours coexisted with the girls drop off and pickup times at school. Whenever there was something going on in the classroom, he was there. Every field trip he was an active participant.

All of the other classroom moms secretly lusted over the man on a regular basis. How could they not with a big sexy man stepping through the doors to be classroom dad. He didn’t look to fit in around there seeing as though he was the only male in the building besides the male teachers and staff. One thing his presence did was secure every mother and other woman in the building never had a bad hair day or wardrobe problem.

Never in all the years of being a stay at home mom or a woman period had had this many cared about their appearance at such an early hour in the day. Never had the drop off line looked so well put together. The teachers always dressed to kill even though his girls weren’t anywhere near their classroom. Just the fact that he walked down the hallways every morning and afternoon was enough to look their best.

“Remember the girl’s commencement program is at the end of the week.” Martin reminded his wife as she sat at the breakfast bar multitasking. In one hand she had her iPhone and in the other a cup of coffee. He could only shake his head at the interesting scene.
