Open the slide frame. Cut the filter paper so that it covers the opening in the frame. Leave enough frame space around the filter so that the two sides of the frame can be glued together.

Set the filter over the opening, place glue around the outside edges of the frame, and then press together.

Making Colored Slides

If you wish, you can make several sets of colored slides. It’s good to have a basic set for energizing and strengthening chakras. This set should have the seven colors of the rainbow: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet.

You can also add the inbetween shades and other colors that may be needed for general healing. A set like this allows you to fine-tune your healing techniques. Here are some of the colors this set may include:
