Bell did not know when he mailed Shari’s “Last Will and Testament” that he was also mailing the silent witness that broke the case and stopped him: ten numbers indented in Shari’s final message to her family.

A chilling observation is that the indented numbers were almost directly under Shari’s words, “for Jesus. Some good.” The Smiths and Helmicks were families of deep faith.
