She nods slowly. “So … we’re only sleeping with each other?”

Hearing her say it out loud … both the fear and the possessiveness grow. I’m surprised at which one’s still winning.

“We’re only everything with each other,” I clarify. “Be my girl, Zelda.”

She tucks the bottom lip I love so much back into her mouth and stares at me with wide eyes. Then she lays a hand on my cheek. “I’m already your girl, Ty.”
