2. The boat

Seated face-to-face approximately a yard apart, bend your legs and touch the soles of your feet together. Holding hands to maintain balance, lift your legs little by little until they are stretched fully. If you start to giggle, don’t hold it back; but regain concentration quickly to feel the body.
