Keep what you have transcribed close to you. Read it. Speak it 10 times per day for a week. Speak slowly to give it the space to anchor within you. Each time you speak it, you are creating a new legacy within your body that you will be self-fulfilling. Give this truth time to take root before you share it. When we give away our knowing before we know it well, it has a way of being corrupted and vanishing. No one else can hold your truth for you. You need to walk in this before it’s ready to be shared. As you live into your story and medicine, you can share what you know with one or two people who have stories big enough to hold yours. You’re not asking for feedback, yet. You may at some later date if you need that. You’re only asking them to hear it and to bear witness to this you.
