Develop a consciousness of foods that nurture and nourish you, rather than foods that simply fuel you. Respect your body and thank it often for all the work it does for you. Understand that your physical body is a reflection of your emotional body. Express, don’t suppress, your feelings. If it feels inappropriate to express your feelings verbally, then journal your feelings or use visualisation release techniques.
