Seven years ago I barely functioned. I went to work, stopped to pick up fast food on the way home, and went to bed. I called my home my fibro-home because I let everything go. It was a disaster. I missed paying bills and could not clean up the clutter, which kept getting worse. I lost friends because I kept canceling activities. Now I feel twenty years younger than when I started this journey. Much of my medical problems were predicted by Dr. St. Amand in his book. I don’t feel any fibro issues, but I do have severe arthritis. So it is better to get on this journey sooner, rather than later. I feel well enough to now begin attacking my weight—to cut the blood pressure and cholesterol issues. This will also dramatically help my arthritis.
