Ingredients

4-6 chicken breast

4 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons smoked paprika

½ tablespoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper

2 teaspoons garlic powder

2 teaspoons garlic salt

2 teaspoons pepper

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon rosemary

How To

Pre-heat your smoker to 220 degrees Fahrenheit using your favorite wood Pellets

Prepare your chicken breast according to your desired shapes and transfer to a greased baking dish

Take a medium bowl and add spices, stir well

Press the spice mix over chicken and transfer the chicken to smoker

Smoke for 1-1 and a ½ hours

Turn-over and cook for 30 minutes more

Once the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit

Remove from the smoker and cover with foil

Allow it to rest for 15 minutes
