Always stack materials safely on scaffolding.
For obvious reasons of safety, try to make sure that the soakaway hole is covered with a rigid covering at all times. Once the soakaway is filled, it should be covered with an old sheet of perhaps corrugated tin or something of similar rigidity, and then covered over with at least 300mm of topsoil.
All pipes carrying rainwater to the soakaway from this, or any other new building, should be laid at a fall of at least 1 in 40, and must be suitable for the purpose.
