2 onions, roughly chopped

2 cloves garlic

2 potatoes, diced

1 (14-ounce) can coconut milk (use lite coconut milk if you want it low fat)

1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste

2 (14-ounce) cans kidney beans

6 cups spinach

4 cups water

1 teaspoon turmeric

1 teaspoon pepper

2 teaspoons dried lime

1 teaspoon Braggs Liquid Amino Acids

1. Sauté onions in 4 tablespoon water until translucent.

2. Add remaining ingredients except for the spinach.

3. Simmer for 10 minutes.

4. Add the spinach and cook for 25 minutes.
